Much of the action occurs in the Old Town, otherwise known as the Longest Bar in the World due to the amount of cafes and bars serving a dark beer called “altbier”. It is a perfect choice for 2-3 days of relax walking by the Rhin river bank (above all when is sunny) or wandering by the cobbledstone streets from one spot to other.
Also, you can take a ferry and combine your stay with a visit to Cologne/Köln.

The facility was like new and we had no problems with the room. The restaurant was great, the staff is very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
The website did say there was a shuttle service, but it was not free and cost more than a taxi, so we used a taxi in the morning to get to the airport.

everything fine just confusing pincodes.
everything fine just confusing pincodes. There where 3 pincodes but it was not clear which one was for what? One for the entrance, one for the room and one for parking. It took 10 minutes before we could go through the parking. We tried the 3 pincodes, none was working but the it seemed that you had to press another button, which was not mentioned.

A very well-connected city with excellent public transport.
A very well-connected city with excellent public transport. You can forget about the car. Hassle-free access to the most important attraction - the fair complex (Messe Dusseldorf). Moreover, the shopping promenade is worth visiting.

City of Engineers. There are places for culture lovers.
City of Engineers. There are places for culture lovers. There are many different ways to spend your free time. There are enough places to eat, enjoy a glass of beer or wine. TV tower, exhibition center, BOOT2024 just great!!! I moved around the city on a scooter. Because all the places are so close.
We loved our stay here! We were in Oberkassel to visit some friends who live in the area and they happen to live in a nearby apartment. This hotel is still fairly new compared to the one in the inner city and we love that it's located in Oberkassel, a really great area in Düsseldorf and there are restaurants and cafes and grocery shops nearby! The room is cozy and comfortable with a really modern style, the staff is very welcoming and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. We loved the overall vibe here! Will definitely be back again!
Good location, the hotel is in comfortable proximity to Dusseldorf Hbf and city center. The room is just the right kind of small and cozy for a single night stay - it's just a bed (with a socket right by it, convenient), a desk, and a wardrobe, and you also have a hairdryer in the bathroom. You can ask for a kettle at the reception if you need it as well. The staff was really nice and friendly, check-in and -out as easy as it can get. Overall a good experience.
The staff is super helpful and nice, Ron and the dining room staff are superb. The room is very spacious. The breakfast is great and the hotel offers coffee and fruit in the dinning room in the afternoon. Great deal money/quality. If I come back to Düsseldorf I will definitely stay here again. The location is also great, well connected and closed to the HBF and the city center both are 10 minutes walk from the hotel”
It is small ground floor hotel in central part of Dusseldorf with Asian cuisine restaurants, 20 min waking to old town Allstate and riverside, it was important for me car parking, so that we can safely walk and stay late night at entertaining old part of city. The owners of the hotel very polite and serving us breakfast with max care in a best Asian hospitality stile. Good value for money.
Hotel located straight to the entrance to Dusseldorf airport. Clean room, comfortable bed, 2 big bottles of fresh water toothbrush waiting for me at the entrance to the room, and also toothbrush in the bathroom (as I got stuck in Germany, I did not have anything for overnight stay with me). Nice view to the patio through the window.
This is a cute and boutique hotel with very comfortable rooms and bed. Breakfast was good too (German). Staff were very friendly, and it just gives good vibe. its a small place but we loved our stay there. Also tram station just opposite to the hotel which makes it very easy to go to city center or other places.
Cozy hotel near the city center. The location is excellent it is in walk distance from the train station and the city center.
During the Christmas weeks the main Christmas markets near the hotel. The room looks cozy, with an 80s vibe (gramophone with a few records, other cute staff).
I always try to stay at the Medici when I'm in Dusseldorf. It's the best location right in the Altstat and close to all the action. The hotel is grand and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts are really nice buffet style but classy and the food is delicious. Highly recommended.
It's a nice hotel for a short visit to Dusseldorf and it provides good value for money. Don't expect a luxury property but a basic room with a decent size and a clean bathroom and bed. It's located in a quiet square not too far from the city centre and central station.
Location is ok, you are near city center and you can take a walk around river or in the shopping streets.
Its around 25-30minutes from Dusseldorf Fair so if you attend it you can use train from 2 stations to get there.

Smooth check-in; the hotel is conveniently located near the train station but also situated in a quiet district within walking distance of the city center. Additionally, you can find numerous restaurants and cafes nearby.
