He is so humble and helpful, that he even allowed us to check in 2 hours before without even asking. He guided us in planning where to go, what to eat, and what to visit. We had a luxurious and sumptuous breakfast on Sunday morning, it had everything authentic and something special from the Harz. Everything else in the hotel was really clean and so comfortable. It is close to a swimming pool and also a great park with a beautiful lake area. I would really love to stay again at Wappenhof the next time we are in Braunlage.

I loved every aspect of the apartment. The decor and interior is very modern and clean. The Sauna is I think is a brilliant idea as it's more intimate.The the hotel has food and drink available in the lounge area to have and pay later. I found myself hungry late at night so that's a great idea.

The breakfast was wonderful, they served everything you could want. The room was charming, there were minor imperfections but that's due to the beautiful old medieval building the hotel is in. Parking was slightly expensive but was conveniently located. And the location is unbeatable. its on the quieter end of Quedlinburg city center, but walking distance to literally everything you could want to see. Very clean, cool underground bar, and staff super friendly

This hotel was excellent - with efficient and friendly staff in a great location for hill walking, mountain biking and other sports. I had half pension and the breakfast and evening meal were top notch. The inside of the building was luxurious and the single room or more correctly double room with single occupancy was a good size and with a mini bar.

We enjoyed our stay at the park. Our kids loved the swimming pool and we really enjoyed the sauna (especially the great 'aufguss' sessions!) . There's a lot to see and do for all ages. The park itself is nicely landscaped and the facilities are clean and decent. Friendly staff and a nice mountain view.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. As cyclists we loved the location in the forest and beautiful paths, the Spa (Turkish bath in particular) to warm up and relax afterwards, the delicious fruits for breakfast, and the spacious room. We'll come back!

What's not to like? Very comfortable cottages in a scenic place with a nice breakfast at the restaurant on the property. No complaints and would definitely stay again.
