The property is a beautifully renovated old house with a splendid garden, perfectly located near the old town, with very welcoming common areas for a quiet evening or a lazy afternoon. The host is very communicative, providing all the necessary information (and beyond) about the place and surroundings.
Located in La Laguna and with the famous Leal Theatre within 600 metre.

We really enjoyed the overall vibe it gives. The interior the nice and friendly people working there, let it be the receptionists or bartenders.
The breakfast was exceptional, there were plenty of options from sweet pastries and cakes every day. The rooftop chill area and pool were also perfect to get a tan and relax.

The room was very cozy, and we had a nice view from the balcony. Also, it was easy to find a free of charge parking spot nearby. The best thing was that when we told to the manager (or the owner, probably) that we need to check out at 5 am due to the early flight, he prepared us a breakfast for the morning (sandwiches, yogurts and fruit) which was a nice surprise as we thought we’re going to miss the breakfast despite it’s included in the price. We’re very happy with this experience, it was definitely the right choice!

The situation was good for exploring the area.
We have stayed before in a different apartment of Nava suits and enjoyed it equally.
Would recommend it.

The location is great. It is just outside the historical old town - one street away. The streets directly outside are quiet so there's no problem with restaurant/bar noise which can be difficult if you're a light sleeper like me!
The old building of the hotel is very attractive and the restaurant area is in a courtyard in the middle which is a lovely place to sit for breakfast.
There is an underground carpark at the hotel but you do have to pay for it.

The town is centrally located for those who want to explore Anaga National Park. The distance to get there is only 40 minutes. The town itself, you will get everything that you want. There are places where you can find restaurants, souvenirs, hotels, and so on.

This was a wonderful place to stay.
This was a wonderful place to stay. The room was clean and very functional. Having the area downstairs for meals was very nice.
The owner/caretaker was quite lovely and very accommodating.
The location was off the main area by a little bit, which we appreciated. We didn't want to be in a heavily populated area and enjoyed the peace and quiet. It was nice to go on the back deck and watch the sunrise, sunset, and night stars. The security gate around the property was comforting.
The parking was acceptable and became a game for us to get our car parked, then back on the driveway in one turn.
Being in the more northern part of Tenerife, it was a drive to go to the south end of the island. One morning we got caught in the traffic and almost missed our planned event. But, having said that, it was totally worth the homeyness and price. We will definitely use this place again!

Lovely old historic town which forms a base for also visiting Santa Cruz. Lots of bars and restaurants. The old buildings are frequently open to visitors. It is easy to walk around the old town which is set out in a grid pattern so difficult to get lost.

Second time staying and enjoyed it just as much.
Second time staying and enjoyed it just as much. Rooms are beautiful and well kept.
There is a small kitchenette but for some reason is has no cutlery ?? Nor did they provide any coffee or tea etc.. Bit strange?
The breakfast is high quality and plentiful.
Apart from that it's a great hotel in a great location for the town and to use as a base for the area. Their private carpark is €10 per night but the open CP is €7.50 PN BUT it gets rammed so I'd advise you to book the hotel CP.

Beautiful old town with a lot of interesting architecture and many pedestrian streets. Driving in with a car was a bit of a nightmare, as there is lots of traffic and parking is difficult. Beware of any restaurants that don't have price lists. We ate at Bodegon Tocuyo, no price lists & rips off tourists.

The town was exceeding my expectations, and it is for good reasons that belongs to UNESCO heritage.
The hotel did not meet the expectations, not deserving the four starts. Indeed, it has a good base to get the four stars for the valuable heritage it has, but the services need to be improved. Did not prove value for money.
Fantastic breakfast spread and really friendly staff members made a one-night stay quite lovely. Nice rooftop space to hang out, work, and eat in. Short walking distance to La Laguna historical center. Part of a network of hostels in Tenerife (Nest) which have offers for consecutive stays in their locations throughout the island, organized activities to participate in both in the hostel (pizza night, etc.) as well as excursions (to Teide Park, etc.).
Josh has some really nice apartments just outside of La Laguna's center. My apartment was immaculate. .....fresh, clean, quiet, modern and fairly well equipped. There was even Netflix, which i wasn't able to take advantage of. Josh has put a lot of thought and effort into making his apartments very comfortable and he's a wealth of information and passion about the city and the wider area including details about Anaga Park. Strong recommandation!
It is a great stay for a group, in a quiet, remote place, but you can find a good cafe and also a supermarket nearby. The city center of La Laguna is just a 20 min walk, and the bus station is right next to the house.
The house is spacious, well equipped and very clean. It has a nice courtyard, a good place to relax.
Booked from airport 1 hour before arrival due to delayed flight. Very stylish comfortable and fun hotel in the middle of La Luganda, 15 minutes in a taxi from Tenerife North airport. Friendly staff, really comfortable room, excellent a la carte dinner, buffet breakfast. all for a very reasonable price.
The place was such a wonderful experience, check-in to check-out and beyond. The owner makes you feel welcome and can answer questions about La Laguna and beyond.
The book theme is very pleasant and you truly feel like a book rat in a library. Wishing you many guests!
Really nice and clean accommodation in beautiful location with many villas nearby close to center of La Laguna and Airport. Kingsize bed. Really good breakfast even with fresh orange juice. A pool and nice garden included. They wait for us till 3 AM! Recommended!
Teo is a wonderful person and host. So very helpful. Big appartment. Excellent value.
10-15 minutes walk to old beautiful city center of La Laguna. Big hypermarket 400-500 m.
Close to North airport. Well functioning public bus service
This is an exceptional boutique hotel. The facility is beautiful and very comfortable. the staff are really wonderful- Eva and Maria are so welcoming and helpful! Breakfast was great- a wide variety and very nice location.
Very friendly and helpful host. Massive room with every thing you could possibly need for your stay.
Great for visiting the sights of La Laguna as there is the tram stop Museo de La Ciencia just outside the hotel.
The location is very good, in the center of La Laguna. But the real bonus of this hotel is the friendly people who run it, the breakfast and the beautiful garden. Really enjoyed our stay here!
Very good contact with the owner. Fast and smooth. The apartment is cosy, specious and gives privacy to everyone. Beautiful location in the heart of La Laguna. 100% positive feedback!
