The guest house features garden views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The room was very nice and clean. All the rooms are their own separate building. The garden within and surrounding the hotel makes it seem further away from the busy road. All we could hear from our room was the birds and rooster in the morning. The owner of the hotel is the nicest man. He was very accommodating and offered to let us shower after we had checked out before heading to the airport. This hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the road that you walk to the beach on has tons of restaurants, massage shops, and souvenir shop.

There is everything you could need in a room : wardrobe, TV, fridge, A/C, desk, balcony. It's like a mini studio. The outdoor shower is amazing. It was all clean. Location is great, just a few minutes walk to a beautiful and quiet beach, and also to restaurants. Not far from the famous plane watching. I didn't expect having breakfast and it was really nice : fresh fruits, toast, eggs and Coffee/tea. The also offered me coffee when I checked in. The highlight of the place was the 2 owners. They are 2 of the nicest people I've met, they were really sweet and helpful. They even helped me getting to the bus station and made sure I was on the right bus. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet street, a few minutes from the night market and the bars on foot, yet far away from the noise. This was our first trip to Asia, and we wanted to make sure that we have a reliable supply of strong European breakfast and coffee for the start of the day, and it is exactly what we got. The hotel provides free transport to Kata Noi beach, which was really great, and also you can rent a scooter right there. The staff were exceptionally helpful with all of our questions and requests.

Our Loft Double was 35 m² with excellent air conditioning for the hot days, our refuge after our morning activities. Ideally situated to take a walk up to the Big Buddha and take advantage of excellent eateries nearby.
