Melissa & her team were so nice and friendly to us during our time and Melissa went out of her way to help us book our next travel plans. The location is super convenient to walk to the beach & the resorts boat leaves right from there. They had a number of surf boards for us to choose from to rent! There are not many restaurants in Ekas so we ate most of our meals at the resort and all the food was 10/10! Would highly recommend this spot!

We had an amazing stay at Ariel Bungalows. Anya and his family are so kind and welcoming. The food was always delicious and the surroundings are so beautiful. We did the walking tour with Anya and it was great - he knows so many people in the local area so we could stop and help harvest the rice, have local coffee etc. Our stay was my highlight of our time in Indonesia. The room is simple but comfortable and clean. The shower is hot. After being in the very hot humid Gili islands we were worried about not having aircon but the temperature in Tetebatu is very nice and cool in the evening. There are also not many mosquitos.

Super close to the waterfall (8min walk) Good start point to do the Rijani trail. They can help you organize it all. They arranged a trip to Sembalu for me since i was too sick to do the trekking Thanks so much ill be back!

There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. This was our favorite stay in Indonesia! The place is family-owned, and the owners are some of the nicest people we met in the country. They were always helpful and upbeat. When we were late to catch the sunrise at the rice fields, the owner and one of the boys surprised us and took us there with their scooters so we could make it in time. We were so touched! The food they serve is really cheap and tasty! We ate all of our meals here while in Senaru. The location is also great, you have an amazing view of the jungle from your room, and the property is situated right next to the entrance to the waterfall park, so you can go there early and enjoy the waterfall without any other people there. We highly recommend staying here!

The view is just stunning and peaceful.

The property is set on the side of a hill with a view of the valley. each cottage has its own bathroom, porch, and huge windows to gaze out upon the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast is included and was simple and delicious. I would certainly recommend staying here as it was the perfect place to relax in the mountains.

The staff was very nice and helpful! The rooms smell was beautiful and its environment in general very relaxing. The food was delicious! On weekends the beach gets very busy with local families, I enjoyed watching everyone having a good time and playing around!

A bicycle rental service is available at the lodge. I had a wonderful stay at The Cove. The property is located in a quiet area with coconut trees all around. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful. The bed also happens to be very comfortable as well. There's an outdoor kitchen with an actual swing at the bar ( how unique). The pool is fabulous and even has a little cave built into it. The host always responded promptly to my texts as well and even came to meet me at my previous villa to help with luggage. I would definitely rent this villa on next visit to Gili Air. There's also a cute cafe nearby with delicious desserts and coffee.
