All up I spent about 7 nights It's fairly new, so is in good condition Rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hats off to Joe and Fandi made my stay super easy. Pick up from the airport and back is a nice touch . I thought the breakfast was great though I only ate it a couple times, I'm just not a breakfast person.

A really quiet hotel a bit further away from Labuan Bajo. Comfortable and spacious rooms - there is so much space, you can play golf within :-) Everything is quite new, modern and cozy. And the staff is super friendly and courteous. The view on the lagoon is simply gorgeous - with the sunrises and sunsets being visible even directly from the room. Swimming pool is available as well. We really enjoyed our stay - and will come again. Overall, for the same price you'll pay for a small room somewhere around center of Labuan Bajo you will get a suite here - without any noise or hectic of the city. Still, the city is easily reachable within 10 to 15 mins on a scooter.

The room is really nice well decorated and the facilities are really well cleaned. They have free shuttle to the airport and the food at the restaurant that they have is amazing. We had an amazing time and we definitely can recommend this hotel.

We only stayed for over night transfer but be back again in our next family vacation. Love the pool layout at the 3rd floor which is now not open for public. I highly recomend this hotel to anyone that is planning to visit kupang and looking for affordable, clean and comfortable stay. Such a honour we had a chance to met the owner of Harper Kupang Mr. Abraham Paul Liyanto, what a humble and great man he was.
