The property is so pretty- the gardens are beautiful and it’s a quick walk to the beach. Although TianDe isn’t directly on the beach, Mariola (the owner) has a friendly relationship with a neighboring hotel that is first row, so guests can spend time there during the day. The bar and restaurant area are lovely and the food is yummy and fresh- we tried breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool is sparkling, and the staff is warm and hard-working. Our room was clean and comfortable, with A/C, tea/coffee, good shower, nice decor. Mariola and her boyfriend live on site- they are doing a fantastic job running TianDe with a lot of hard work and love. We wish them success and will recommend to TianDe to anyone traveling to Zanzibar.

Our host Samir has been helpful from start to finish in every matter and made our time comfortable. The stuff was really friendly and helpful. We had a sad feeling to leave Sunny villa because it has been the best time ever. We went for a couples' weekend and it was perfect, very calm and relaxing. It is a hotel but we feel at home. The rooms are also very spacious and clean. It is a very calm area so it can play in the hotels' favour or against, depending on what vibes you are looking for. Brand new hotel, the pictures do not lie!
